Poor choices for a company with a hurting reputation - Customer Service Representative Duravit Employee Review

The atmosphere is impersonal. There is a huge amount to learn and not a lot of time given for ramp up. The CSR department is a hostile working environment. I'm shocked the CEO and HR department allow things to continue the way they are even when they are fully aware. Most of their product comes from Germany and only a small amount is stocked. This frustrates customers who often have large lead times to wait for product. This is often blamed on the CSR team for giving inaccurate information when items are expected then delayed. The rest of the people who work there are awesome.
