There are NO PROS if the management cant manage their stores in a respectful manner, even customers are appalled by the was the staff are spoken to and the way they are treated.
Cons
No respect by management and no follow up with complaint made against the said manager, even head office cant get dates right on their letters and put no contact address as in e mail or direct phone number so you cant respond in time
