Pros
Duffey seems great at first because with such a small team, and sky-high turnover, it's easy to move through the ranks quickly and take on more responsibility. You'll learn a lot, but get in and get out.
Cons
Management is totally unprofessional with gossip creating a hostile work environment and an arbitrary approach to professional development. The accounts you'll work on are crap and not getting any better, plus it's hard to get anything accomplished with inconsistent direction from leadership. You'll get promoted often, and small raises to keep you happy, but in the end, your job is never secure and there's a total lack of compassion for you as a human being.
