Pros

Work life balance, flexibility in work schedule, laid back environment, casual work wear, lots of growth opportunity as the company is growing rapidly, financial stability, compensation and benefits are great.

Cons

Growing pains- many employees who have built their careers with the company are facing challenges with all the changes that Dudek has implemented since its growth spurt. Not everyone is happy with the growth or what it means for the company.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. You are right, at Dudek, we value a productive environment over a formal environment. Offices and teams work together based on client and employee needs. This has resulted in steady and consistent growth over the last several years as we continue to take on new and exciting projects. The heart of our progress remains our culture. As we grow, we strive to protect and nurture that culture. It’s a challenge to keep everyone happy, but the goal is to keep everyone focused on how we work best: as owners, as teammates, and as world class problem solvers…. who have fun doing that! If you have any specific concerns to share, please contact hrsupport@dudek.com or the Dudek ethics hotline by clicking https://dudek.ethicspoint.com or by calling (844) 734-3571.

Pros

Working outdoors and year end bonus after an extra quarter into the next year

Cons

Rude/disrespectful, expected to work weekends and use your own car because they tell you that you will have access to fleet vehicles when you are hired but there is actually only one and it’s always reserved by someone else and they expect you to take time away from your own life to hang out with “office friends” and you are to put your own wellbeing and safety in the back burner so that they can reach unrealistic expectations so that your boss can get a fat bonus and you can get all your time burned up
