Dudek has provided me with unmatched career opportunities. I'm extremely grateful for the trust the company has granted me in pursuing and managing the types of projects I enjoy working on and the clients that I want to work for. Having the freedom to choose my own path has made my daily project work load something I enjoy taking on each day. And I can't say enough about my colleagues. I have never worked somewhere with as many high caliber, talented individuals, in both client and project management, as well as technical knowledge and abilities. Our strength stems from our people and the Dudek credo of trusting our people and allowing them to flourish.
Cons
Dudek's successful business model has meant that our company continues to grow at a fast clip, and that can come with the usual growing pains as we settle into our new size (e.g. finding better ways to communicate as there are more of us and farther-spread offices) but the beauty of Dudek is how agile the company is and how we continue to adapt as needed.
