Almost no training opportunities even when promissed. Almost all of my career growth while at Dudek was the result of classes, volunteering, etc. outside of Dudek. What few training opportunities there are often are handed out due to politics and, thus, can be extremely nonsensical.
Can be very toxic. I think Dudek tries to cut corners and to cut corners you need either people that don't know better, or aren't ethical, and you need to eliminate any employee that does see through the BS. It's an interesting balancing act but it can result in some very toxic dynamics, employees/managers rowing in opposite directions, and can squeeze out compotent, dedicated, and hard working employees.
