      nothing, maybe free products and some downtime

      Cons

      they work you to the bone, I would never work there again. I had to beg to basically get my pregnancy rights.

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
