Pros

Great first job for new stylists. If you are still learning this is a great place to make mistakes because they really dont care what anyone looks like they just want them in and out fast.

Cons

Quantity over quality mentality. It is expected to service as many people as quickly as possible, rather than creating a genuine client experience. Was misled on how much money I would actually be making. They justify low hourly wages saying you will make your money in tips, which is not always the case (especially with groupon type promotions). When instead they should give stylists a percentage of the blowout/styling services they provide as well as tips.

Pros

It’s super fun and high energy! I absolutely love Olivia-the skills and standards she sets are high and encourages us to be our the best version of ourselves. She trains with passion and wants to see us succeed as individuals in our own capacity . Behind every great woman there a heart of gold and that’s our Olivia- Chase is an amazing educator with lots of cool tips and tricks for us and is a total sweetheart but slays hair like a boss. I look up to them and I have grown tremendously!

Cons

If you don’t like to make yourself look presentable or like to be a clean person this isn’t the place for you . High standards don’t come easy and without hard work ! I’m not a lazy person or a negative person anymore because I’ve learned the heart and soul values through Drybar (Olivia and Chase) I’m a confident and love more because I open myself to learning new things from the best of the best! I think I’m coming back soon lol

Pros

Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

Cons

A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
