Pros
Fast-paced but realistic, smart and friendly coworkers, creative and nimble product development, and pleasantly challenging work. Could not have asked for a better work/life balance and opportunity to experiment and grow.
Cons
Lower than average pay for positions and the benefits were a bit rough. But the flexibility really made up for it.
