Pros
I was employed with DriveTime for almost 3 years. During that time I found the people I worked to be a great team, great managers and a great support staff. Pay was inline for someone just starting out of college, and there was always positions available to move up in the company.
Cons
It is car sales, work life balance, even if your managers try their best to accommodate, takes a hit. The good thing is the more cars you sell, the more money you make. Customers was the other Con, DriveTime customer base is customers with little to no, or bad credit. Even if you have the best intentions on helping them get back on the road, the vehicle that suits their budget will be rejected as it does not meet their style. Finding the balance between the two will help you sell more cars.
