New technology to learn World wide locations Complete WFH in the USA

Poor management skills, this includes everyone in the hierarchy Knowledge transfer is poor, no documentation Interviewed to support a new ISP network that was built, but when employed, I was asked to support hardware/software, not what I signed up for, and was not informed earlier about the change in job responsibility. Some international team members weren't professional at all, if this was a US company, these employees would have had multiple reports with their names to the HR.
