Zero communication Management want return calls or emails from employees or customers losing contracts due to non caring attitude.

I am a former employee at Drive Dynamics and have only recently left due to a job offer much closer to my home, meaning my commute each morning is a lot less. It saddens me to leave as I worked for DD for a number of years - there were so many good times, and of course, a few not so good times. In my opinion, it is inevitable for ANY business to have 'not so good times' and have unhappy customers - especially at the sheer size of DD! This is not excusing anything though, staff/colleagues acknowledged there was room for improvement and therefore worked around the clock and very hard to resolve any problems that needed rectifying. I worked in a number of departments within the business and was given the opportunity to develop many skills that will help in the future. My personal circumstances were understood and taken into account; I was given flexible hours to suit me which was excellent. All the staff were lovely, bubbly and fantastic to work with - the whole office atmosphere was great.

The 'not so good times' were exactly what they say on the tin, as it were. However, the sheer support and work the team produced was amazing!
