      The company truly values its employees and keeps them at the center of every decision. Leadership is empathetic, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Plenty of opportunities for growth and career development. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration across all departments. Positive work environment that encourages innovation and open communication.

      Cons

      Processes can occasionally take time as decisions go through multiple layers of consideration (but always with employee well-being in mind).

      Pros

      After years of consulting, it is nice to be part of a team again. The Drip Capital US team is smart, driven and easy to work with. You take ownership quickly and are allowed to make the changes and upgrades needed to succeed in your given tasks.

      Cons

      Though I am used to it, having overseas partners is always a bit of a challenge due to time zones, however, Drip has an India night crew to support US operations and limits this exposure. Drip US is still a start-up which I really enjoy, but some people find challenging.
