Thank you for highlighting the positives of your experience, including our monthly Town Hall meetings, cross-functional team collaborations, and fun events that we use as an opportunity to let our teams bond or have a fun moment outside of the day-to-day work needs. It is important to us that employees feel connected and we are glad those stood out. We also are also happy to provide a flexible work environment for our team, giving leeway to start/end times for their day and expect that our managers work with their employees to help with work/life balance. That said, professionalism and accountability are core expectations at Dreamwear and we hold all employees (including managers) to the same standards. Company growth and mentorship are also priorities to us. We put a lot of focus on this through a structured onboarding experience with regular check-ins, performance reviews 2x/year, and leadership development opportunities across all levels of management. HR also encourages any concerns to be brought forward in real time, so we can listen and make a plan to ensure they feel supported.
