Decent place to work but plenty of room for improvement - Animation Technology Staff Member DreamWorks Animation Employee Review

Fails at diversity, lack of recognition for hard work, and technology department is plagued by cronyism. Unfortunately in 2009 this company still has problems staffing, and retaining, minorities and women. Senior Management needs to watch for possible age discrimination also cause way too many people under 35 are managers.
