Micromanagement, cross micromanagement (nursing were made to drive to get clients, take and pick up at hospitals and do other BHT, Housekeeping at times, answering service, 15 minute rounds on all 1st floor clients, which at times can be up to 18-21 as well as meds pass and all nursing required duties] and all because BHT Staff had enough or the harassment from the management incharge of them, or they got hired for speaking up to cause others to shut their voice down. Director is engaged to the BHT/facilities manager and now have hired their young son/step son to work as a BHT (nepotism). There are so many more things I could say. But what thus place has become since this Clinical Director and Fiance took control is just plain heartbreaking, as this place was doing so great at their 3rd year open, now at the 5th year it is a shell of what it was! Dr. HOWARD SWARTZ the owner and Lidice Morales RN, VP, CFO or whatever her titles are, need to stop these to arrogant, egotistic, harassing management screwups to get DrramLife back to what it was becoming! I WOULD NEVER REFER A FRIEND OR ANYINE TO WORK THERE under this current management!
