Drake Cement and Materials puts health and safety first and strives to create an employee experience founded on safety, respect, excellence, and value and we set a high standard for Health and Safety. Because of the pandemic crisis we closely follow the recommendation from federal and state authorities (CDC, Gov. Ducey Executive Order), and we have implemented them on time, just to mention a few of them restricting travel, promoting hygienic behaviors, enhancing cleaning procedures at all locations, holding virtual meetings, and working from home when it’s possible, permanent communication and implementation of the legislation related to the paid sick leave (FFCRA), to mention some of them. We are operating and will continue to operate if the safety and health conditions of our employees are not at risk. Our duty as a company is also to preserve the jobs of our employees and therefore the well-being of their families and the community, to the extent that health and safety conditions allow, according to the authorities' recommendations.
