- Large amount of important tasks/work is given to a small number of employees while others are allowed to coast
- Becoming nearly impossible to get promoted past certain levels. This is part due to low attrition at the Director+ levels but in part due to the Director+ group holding those below them to impossible standards (that they themselves could not meet)
- focused too much on evening out the male to female ratio. Women get preferential treatment within analytics for certain roles/promotions
- Salaries aren't really that competitive anymore
