Hey! I'm currently part of the Recruitment Marketing team at DraftKings and I wanted to share my appreciation towards this wonderful company. I want to first highlight the fact that this is a global company. I'm based in Europe as a remote employee, and in my case - the rest of my team are all in the US. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the fact that I've never felt a more close-knit environment in a team before, even though we live quite literally on opposite sides of the world. DraftKings is a global company where I've been able to become a part of an amazing, diverse team culture and a unique environment where everyone is whole-heartedly welcomed with their diverse views and perspectives and encouraged to explore and reach their full potential. No cons so far, guys. Seriously. We have our challenges from time to time with time zones and things like that, but honestly - I'm as happy as I can be, being part of such a unique work environment.
