I had a very good learning experience at Dr. Reddy’s Foundation. I got practical exposure in counselling, improved my communication skills, and had the opportunity to work with diverse individuals, which helped me grow both personally and professionally.

The only challenge I felt was that working on Saturdays made it slightly difficult to maintain a proper work-life balance. I believe having Saturdays off would help in better productivity and overall well-being.
