Pros
Work from home is the only positive thing about DOZR.
Cons
Absolutely everything. The harder you work for this place, the more likely they are to lay you off. After giving so much extra time and effort that this company didn't deserve, I got laid off - even after being told by management that a raise was to be expected mid-February. The only people they want to keep around, are those that are good at pretending to work. The joke around DOZR is that everyone needs to 'pick up a shovel,' meaning that if something isn't your job or responsibility, too bad - you're now on the hook for doing someone else's job. And make sure to get on the executive team's good side - so long as you're friends with them, you'll never get fired or laid off, even if you're incapable of doing your job. Management has 0 background and knowledge of what they're doing. They'll micromanage you with phone calls at least 5-8 times per day, and you'll be harassed if you step away, even to just use the bathroom. If you're considering working at DOZR, don't. I know WFH can be really enticing, but you'd honestly be better off just finding an in-office position elsewhere.
