Company is in some great spaces with staff that are generally performance driven and self motovated .
Cons
Disfunctional executive , discriminatory practices and no sense of being in a cohesive team or in a business with a clear sense of direction. High staff turnover very low female management ratios a "bloke" management team headed by a number of chronies.
