Middle and upper management make decisions based solely on what will get them their quartly bonus with no concern for what it's doing to the people actually performing the job. You can see they have genuine fear for their job if they do not meet the unrealistic goals they constantly set. Employee turnover for anyone starting in the last 5 years is very high, this is a difficult place to work.
