Pros

Double Robotics is poised for success. The company is still pre-Series A yet has been profitable for over two years. The product is simply incredible - if you want to work on a product that truly changes people's lives, this is the place for you. The people at Double are intelligent, quirky, and kind. Because we're a fairly small company, you also have the opportunity to wear many hats. Management is very close to the team and encourage everyone's voice to be heard. You can easily set a time to speak with our CEO at any time. All around, Double Robotics is a great place to be.

Cons

Not enough employee engagement or team bonding activities. I know some people don't know everyone's names. Would love to see company culture get beefed up in that way.

Pros

• Majority of employees are all very nice and welcoming. • Catered daily lunches are a blend of both robot production and business-side teams so you get to know everyone who works there. • Office location right on the water with ample parking and walking trails to explore during breaks. • Casual attire - even for client-facing * Modern amenities, Macbook Airs, Thunderbolt displays, stand-up desks

Cons

• No formal office manager or HR team so corporate culture, employee engagement and onboarding are all a bit lacking. • Founders are still doing a ton of DIY which makes most of everything very scrappy, sometimes delayed and occasionally dysfunctional. • Very, very, very early stage start-up, so be ready for a considerable amount of unpredictability, some unrealistic expectations, and fighting hard for any significant changes. • SaaS work tools are a bit lacking (no Salesforce, Phone/WiFi connectivity issues)
