Pros

- Work from home - Great Co workers, young, talented and driven professionals (except the CEO everyone worked really hard)

Cons

- Political and delusional CEO (even refer to previous reviews) - CEO not present 99% going on "work trips" - False promises and gas lighting employees - Asked to perform clear unethical business practices (ex, Dot Health's Clients Privacy)

Pros

Other employees have been nice.

Cons

The company is running on bones, and the few people left are treated badly. The employees tend to be inexperienced because they're being hired for low salaries. Then they're asked to do things they're not qualified for and aren't given adequate support. The excuse for this is that it's a valuable experience to learn how to "wear many hats" and that a good way to learn is to be thrown into a situation. There are no regularly scheduled conversations about compensation. Asking for a raise is really stressful, and you have to be lucky enough to ask during a good mood. You also have to make sure to be concrete about numbers, otherwise you'll get only get a vague promise. Then, sometimes when a specific raise is agreed upon, it may not actually materialize and will just be forgotten. The CEO is very capricious, proud, and gets easily angry at employees. She's paranoid about people taking vacations. Employees who have left have been treated passive aggressively and been made to feel personally bad for leaving. The story is the same for many employees, so I am pretty confident - this is not a fluke.
