Unorganized, unprofessional, and misleading - Maintenance Technician Dorman Real Estate Management Employee Review

Aforementioned company vehicle was old and had numerous issues. Expressed political beliefs during meetings with no prompting. Meetings rarely had agenda or structure, made scheduling work with clients on days with meetings needlessly difficult. Woefully unprepared to take on new staff, ignored start date agreed upon in job offer and tried to start my employment a week early. Had no equipment, training, or onboarding process prepared.
