Pros
I never thought I’d find a workplace I liked more than one of my past companies, but I am so lucky to have found my home here at Doppler. The product is incredible, and everyone here really cares about doing good work. They don’t just care about making customers happy, but also about making employees happy. They celebrate us, help us grow, and give us the flexibility and autonomy to work in an environment that works best for us. Benefits are incredibly generous for a Series A startup, and the amount of impact you can have is insane in a good way. We’ve done so much already, and I can’t wait to see all of the work the team continues to do.
Cons
Can a con be that I’m not close enough location-wise to work with anyone in person? 😛 Our team is great, and it’s always a blast to see them at our quarterly off-sites. I just wish I could see them more.
