Pros

I would recommend this job only to someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain experience, and even then, only if they are lucky enough to have someone willing to guide them. Unfortunately, the technical manager is not only a misogynist but also has issues with male employees as well. Any mistakes are always blamed on the new hire, and there is no proper training everything is learned on the orders.

Cons

Anyone seeking financial growth and already at a good stage in their career should consider looking for opportunities elsewhere. If they respect themselves, their degree, and the knowledge they've gained through their experience, this is not the right place for them. Exploring other directions would be a better choice for their professional development. The R&D engineer team in the technical department faces real challenges once they reach a high level of expertise. Personally, I reached a point where I was covering 6-7 positions in addition to my own, even though there were employees in those roles who weren’t doing their jobs. In the end, I found myself earning €870/month while covering positions that individually paid €1,500/month.
