Pros
The work instore is easy to complete, and other staff members are friendly. Another good thing is that you can work locally and the shifts aren't too long.
Cons
The management doesn't pay two much attention to you, and there is no incentive-based promotion. Another downside is that it is very difficult to move up the ladder. Also there aren't any breaks.
