      Pros

      fun environment, fast paced, great benefits, lots of advancement opportunity if you are willing to start at the bottom and work your way up...literally work, on your feet, making pizzas

      Cons

      Domino's business model for management is more of a glorified pizza maker that also does paperwork as opposed to real management. No time to use benefits, extremely difficult to have a work/life balance, people encouraged to control cost through a 70+ hour work week

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
