      Great team of people on the ground, loved the product we were developing and selling

      Cons

      constant restructuring and poor leadership and oversight led to decimation of our entire structure, parent company will be reabsorbing what's left in a few weeks

      The executive leadership killed the business. They were so worried about their bonus that they neglected the company.

      Pros

      Challenging work. Being a startup I was able to have my hands on all sorts of projects which gave me a great deal of experience.

      Cons

      Smaller company means less support and processes that aren't fully developed.
