Very confused strategy. Very poor decisions from executive management in Sweden. Arrogance from executive management about the quality of products. Very poor EMEA sales territory management. UK sales management very poor. No grasp on pricing of products or the impact of significantly cheaper but equally as good products from China. Very poor spare parts availability. Very poor service coverage for defective products.
