      Nice coworkers and easy work, but low pay - Assistant Manager Dollar Tree Employee Review

      Pros

      The people are really nice to work with, the work was easy and keeps you busy. The only thing I disliked was restocking the freezer. No matter how many gloves or jackets you wear your knuckles are always hurting from being frozen.

      Cons

      It was $12.50 an hour that was including the raises I received from working there for almost 5 years.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
