Dole was a great place to work for many years. The people were what made it great. Leadership was engaged and supportive.

The company followed its new leadership's example and became cutthroat. Managers used veiled threats to get what they wanted, and people stepped on others to get ahead. There was a mass exodus of talent between '22 and '23. Seeing many great people move on to even better roles at other companies was bittersweet.
