Pros
There's a few quid to be made if you're prepared to screw over the small businesses. Sales manager for Ireland is good.
Cons
They take on around 20 people on a training course in the hope 1 or maybe 2 will make it. Some people give up a good job thinking this is a career but it isn't! National sales manager is very good but the managers under him are shockingly bad. No communication, given a mentor but all he wants is a copy of your invoices to claim his commission from your work, no help what so ever. Support is virtually none existent from the minute you leave the training course. There's another group every month training and nobody lasts as it's quickly apparent you're just part of a revolving door, they will take a few deals from you and then just leave you wondering what to do next. Eventually you are just cut off without a call or even an email. Awful set up. You are basically encouraged to lie to get deals, make it look cheaper than it is, the hidden extras are everywhere.
