      I don’t know if there are pros. Lately the company haven’t done anything for there teams. Sadly to say most of them are leaving.

      Cons

      Hmmm... Management gets treated like staff. Works harder than staff always putting 110% but I feel bad for my management team. If I had to put it in words...disastrous

      many long time employees. money is good. clientele is a lot of regulars which makes making money easy

      hard to get benefits because hours aren’t easily given

      There are none. Managemt anywhere you go will have its obstacles it’s how you deal with daily stress
