Working in the shard office and good location

Where do I begin. The finance team has the worst managers! Do not even stay there. They are useless, unhelpful and unprofessional. I don't understand how they even managed to get the job and that position! They make you do the hard work and take all the credit for it! This is pure selfish. They do not know how to manage people. Especially one! Pure toxic! Pure selfish and rude! My advise is no one bother accepting a job there while they exist!
