1. Extreme level of politics 2. Unprofessional and unsystematic work processes 3. Managers and the CEO work on their own whims and fancies 4. The CEO just wants things his way and has absolutely 0 trust in his team and their deliverables. Extreme level of micromanagement. 5. Do not make the mistake of talking about a hike or a well deserved appraisal, even if promised in the past. They will find unreasonable excuses and instead start questioning your work and efforts. To make matters worse, they might even scare you by slyly talking about laying you off. 6. They always expect the India team to adjust their time according to the US team, even though India team is mostly juniors and the US team compromises of all senior stakeholders including directors, CTO, CEO and others. India team always ends up working for long hours and has very odd work timings. And to add on to it, there is absolutely no acknowledgement for the efforts.
