      Modernes Unternehmen mit typischer 0815 Saas „wir sind eine Familie“ Kultur. Gute Benefits

      - Hire and fire strategie - Produkt zieht nicht mehr so gut. Und wird oft umgebranded - Top management komplett ausgetauscht aus Panik und Frust - Frauen werden konstant bevorzugt und gepushed. Männer bekommen nie Unterstützung und werden bei Beförderungen gerne übersehen - Woke woke woke - management ist sehr unerfahren und Erfolg liegt nicht an Leistung sondern Politik

      Pros

      Recognizable Brand, Accelerators to increase commission. Good co-workers. Product is widely viewed as the industry standard.

      Cons

      Expensive vs Competitors, Sales in certain verticals has becoming increasingly difficult since changes. Often sales reps are in competition with DocuSign's website/marketing initiatives which undercut sales opportunities and provide 0 credit to sales rep. Even though DocuSign does more than e-signature, it is widely seen as just a e-sign provider. Docusign is working to fix that.
