Pros
Easy to get a job here. One short interview was all it took. Decent benefits. HR is great.
Cons
They are all about the money, down to every single penny. They pay new RNs terribly. Their "Graduate Nurse" program is a joke. 17$/hour regardless if you work day or nights. When I ranted to HR, turns out they hid a 50 cent per hour shift diff from us night nurses. The unit managers and supervisors don't have a clue about what's going on. Need I say more?
