Flexible working hours. Work from home

Cons

Didn't pay for EPF for more than 1 year but deduct from our salary. Didn't update staff regarding the payment issue. Need to serve 3 months notice if want to resign after confirmation. Longer time period to confirmed staff.

Some colleagues are friendly and supportive.

Cons

-Company fails to contribute to EPF and even challenges staff to report them. -No employee insurance or basic welfare provided. -Management lacks direction, planning, and transparency. -Extremely cost-cutting to the point of refusing necessary resources for staff to perform effectively. Overall, a cheapskate culture with no concern for employee well-being.
