Internal processes and expectations can feel inconsistent, with limited structure or clear guidance in some teams; Onboarding can be quite unstructured, making it difficult to build confidence early on; Communication and feedback are not always clear or aligned, which can create confusion and unnecessary pressure; Hybrid flexibility is essentially discussed, but in practice can feel inconsistent depending on the person; At times, decisions appear to prioritise short-term operational needs over employee experience
