      It's been a wonderful experience to work and this growing company which is redefining the experience for software development and operations management!

      Cons

      There were some growing pains as the company expanded from a few dozen to a few hundred employees as the team expanded into different product areas.

      -Pay & benefits were solid -WFH -Well known SaaS business with backing from big VCs

      Cons

      -Inexperienced management in the finance org -Very poor work/life balance. The running joke was that employees were always still working during their "Docker PTO." -Lack of direction in terms of business model
