Pros

Big promises made by recruitment Great vision and concept Team has great experience in marketplace On surface, all is promising and looks phenomenal. It’s all an elaborate smoke show. Read on.

Cons

Everything; where do I even begin. On my very first day, it was immediately apparent that the promises made during interview were thrown out the window. Saying that the culture is toxic would be doing it a service. It’s far worse. They promote themselves as a diverse and inclusive group who believes in culture. It’s akin to a wolf in sheep’s clothes because they attract people who actually care for those values and once you realize they’re completely fake, you feel trapped because of what you may have given up to work there. It’s a nightmare of a corporate culture and anyone saying anything to the contrary is either lying or is the CEO himself (who is the most self-absorbed disillusioned self-deprecating and dishonest person I’ve ever met). Anyone who’s lasted a year or more there has been either lying to themselves or has something else going on that might prevent them from leaving or being fired without cause. The HR Department (in India) is totally useless and is not respected at all by the CEO. In fact, the CEO respects no one other than himself. If you’re ‘lucky’ enough for him to show up to a scheduled meeting with him (one-on-one or team), he will immediately just take over the whole meeting and continue to publicly call out everyone one by one. This is the pattern that I’ve seen and has caused many to quit abruptly. In fact I calculated that his no show rate to meetings he’s expected in exceeds 80%. That’s for real. The CEO is by far the most dishonest and arrogant person I’ve ever encountered. He gives slime a new meaning. After dealing with him as I have, you wonder how anyone can expect to do business with someone who’s bound to have destroyed their name in the industry and it makes you question if this company is in it for the long haul or if the CEO is looking for a quick opportunity to cash out. Either way, I can assure you that you’re not going to be a part of the equation either way, even if equity was promised.

Pros

Working at Doceree has been an incredible experience. The company truly embodies a fast-paced, high-performance culture where everyone is encouraged to push their limits and grow quickly. The speed at which teams operate is genuinely unmatched — it keeps you energized, motivated, and constantly learning. One of the biggest advantages of working here is the exposure to diverse teams across different cultures. You get the opportunity to collaborate with talented people from all over the world, and the amount of wisdom you gain from those interactions is immense. It broadens your perspective and accelerates your professional development in a way few companies can offer. Doceree is also a place where the potential for learning, growth, and financial upside feels limitless. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning on the go, and wants to be part of a high-impact journey, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Doceree is not the right fit for everyone. The environment can be intense, and it’s not for the faint-hearted. If you struggle with fast-moving priorities, high expectations, or direct feedback, you may find the pace challenging. The company values people who can handle constructive criticism, adapt quickly, and continuously improve — those who prefer a slow or sheltered work environment may not thrive here.

Pros

Pay is competitive and results driven

Cons

CEO is rude and dismissive. They micromanage to the point that we're all wondering if they have the office bugged.

“Office bugged” definitely wasn’t on our vision board. In all seriousness, we never want attention to detail to feel like a lack of trust. We appreciate candid feedback like this As a current team member, we’d genuinely encourage a candid conversation with HR. We want concerns to be raised directly, openly, and constructively so we can keep improving how we work together.
