Pros
Working here was one of the most enriching, empowering jobs I’ve ever had. Every day you are faced with opportunities to show your strength and change people’s lives for the better. The only reason I left was to go to med school, otherwise I would still be here today.
Cons
People’s lives are literally hanging in the balance here, and it can be very intense. But there’s no better feeling than knowing that someone is alive because of you.
