Pros
You can make a very good income working with Dobbs. You would get paid Bi-Weekly, a monthly commission check, and then your goodyear kickbacks. Some stores have great people to work with like Ellisville or Hampton. I've filled in at other stores that were a blast to work in as well. They seem to want to promote within, but it's tough when there's nothing to promote to so you feel stuck.
Cons
If you take a job with Dobbs, Kiss your life goodbye. You will mostly close every night, and you will also be moved to 7 different stores within the first 3 months of being there. It seems like management can't make up their mind. It's very aggravating. Do a balanced schedule. 65 hours a week is not going to cut it to make $1400 bi weekly. People who have been at dobbs for years will get 90% of the tire sales and you're stuck not making the minimum for a commission check.
