      Pros

      The Product itself is cool.

      Cons

      - leadership is disconnected from the reality of people who do the work - employees are overworked, unappreciated and underpaid - no opportunity for growth unless you previously worked at Viawest - people with personal relationships (friends) hired by leadership are held to a separate set of rules than everyone else - lots of smoke and mirrors

      Pros

      Great company with strong culture and work-life balance. The people are fantastic, and the benefits are solid. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, making it a great place to grow professionally. I would definitely recommend it to others!
