I have a very good experience with the company. They are good.

No cons about the culture.

There is nothing good about this company, except working from home.

Lied to about PTO. It is completely unpaid (which was lied to me about). Lied to about rules and regulations. Given incorrect information because someone (CC) wasn't doing their job and threw someone else in charge (and he didnt know anything so made things up), so no quarterly bonus allowed for an entire year beacuse of THEIR employee's mistake. Promised raises as you move up, but there is NO way to move up. No bathroom breaks allowed, no power outages allowed, you must be a robot without basic human needs. The contract they have is not being fulfilled so they decided that the employees could not take any time off indefinitely. NO ONE would want to work here, They have had a training class going on for MONTHS, stringing people along, because they lie to their applicants.
