I managed and operated the store completely by myself, so it was literally a one person show. I was the only employee for that store location handling a lot of cash and i didnt feel safe. I was asked to make cold calls until 8 or 9 at night when we closed at 6pm and it was required that we made these calls one hour a week and required that we made collection calls 2 hours a week, and this all had to be done after hours so by the time i would leave work, it was dark outside and i would be carrying a bank deposit bag full of money. The pay was not what it should have been for a person who is handling an entire store by themselves. When hired, i was told i would have to work every other weekend and the other 2 weekends a month they would have an employee from another location come relieve me.However, i worked almost 3 months straight before i got a weekend off and i had to beg and was made to feel like i was being unreasonable for asking for this.
