Pros

6am - 2pm schedule, great hours if your a student or parent

Cons

Where do I begin? They are diversity and inclusion but only have white people or middle eastern, 1 black person, 1 or 2 hispanics,no vets. No room to grow. The owners do not care one bit about actual diversity or inclusion, just advertising money. The owner Mona doesn't read the magazine and mispronounces the diverse celebrity cover name constantly. Have heard the sales managers use racial slurs and the "r" word even thought they have a disability magazine. Once heard a white salesperson say a derrogatory hispanic name, with no consecuences. They lie to vendors about data and analytics to get deals all the time. The assistants do all the work but barely make any money or get any kind of bonus, while wokring minimum wage. Meanwhile the salesperson makes all the money. Even then the sales person doesnt get paid until a client pays. They get really mad if you are even 1 minute late past 6am. They will try to make it seems like you're going to get paid a lot but you really don't

Pros

Best part was probably some of the people that worked there

Cons

Very demanding, quick turn around of employees selling advertisements for “diversity magazines” but it’s all a gimmick to get companies to dump money and meet diversity quota. Felt scammy.
